Slice Design Card Giveaway!!!

Hello and Happy Wednesday!!! I hope you're all having a fabulous week so far! As I explained yesterday, I received an amazing prize package from Making Memories...12 new Slice Design Cards!! I already had one of them, Words & Expressions Family, so I've decided to give it away right here on my blog. Here's what's on the design card...

Okay so are you ready to hear how you can have a chance to win?? Here goes...leave me a comment telling me why you LOVE your Slice and what your favorite design card is (even if you don't have that card yet...why do you want it). IF you are a follower, you get to comment TWICE for an extra chance to win (please note your second comment on the form)!!! New followers are welcome and allowed the same. That's it!!! So, have at it. Feel free to spread the news! If I reach 50 followers I will give away another prize (sorry guys, not another design card) and will do so for every increment of 25 after that ( 75, 100 etc.) So, feel free to tell your friends!

*Please note I moderate my comments so you won't see it right away! After you click submit you should see a note that says your comment will be visible after moderator approval.

Thanks so much for stopping by! The comments are open until Thursday, July 1st at midnight and I will announce the winner this FRIDAY here on my blog! Good luck and thanks for playing!

Katie

Thanks for the wonderful opportunity to brag about my Slice. I love it, and reach for it often when I am making cards or scrapbooking. It's so portable, and I have recently fallen in love with the Hands Free Mat. I'm just learning about embossing -- a card like the one you're giving away will be perfect for that feature, especially if it has MS+. My favorite card is Noteworthy, as it has so many frames that I often use. I just got Remember This, and it may be my new favorite, as I like the designs that will fit my scrapbooking style! Thanks again!

I don't have a slice, so if I win I will have to buy one. My favorite one would be the one I could win!

Hi Katie,

Why I love the SLICE??? Hmmm, so many reasons but the best is that it's a cool tool.

I have other diecutters (manual) and many dies and lots of Spellbinders but one can never have too much stash or too many cool tools, right? ;oD

Well, take care and I hope you get lots of comments.
Lovingly, Sue W (Ontario, Canada)

Hi Kathie,

This is my third try to leave a comment. Hmmm!

Anyway, my reason for loving the SLICE... there are many but the best is that it's a cool tool.

Hopefully, this comment will go through and, woo hoo!, I'd be the first.

Hope you get lots more. Thanks for the chance to win the card.

Gosh! I didn't even notice the notation at the top of the page. Duh! Guess you get three, from me!

Oh well, I got to 'talk' to you three times, that's gotta be a charm or something, right? Hee hee

That's enough of me hogging the space. Big Hugs.

I really love my Slice. I used it mostly for making greeting cards, but now I've started my first scrapbook. I find that using my cut outs from the Slice seem to add that little something extra to my greeting cards and my scrapbook pages.
It's hard to pick a favorite card, but I really think the Vintage card is one that I reach for most often. My newest card is the Travel card and I'm loving that alot too.
I envy you winning all the new cards Katie, you'll have so much fun trying them out!

The thing I love most about my slice is the portability. It's light and compact. I recently received the hands free mat and It made me love it so much more. My favorite card I own in Noteworthy, an oldy but a goodie. Of the new design cards I want Nursery Rhymes. I can't wait to get my hands on it. Thanks for the chance to win.

I love my Slice and I love the design card that you are giving away! I don't have that design card yet. I really like my Slice and use it often for making titles on my pages. I have done some embellishments with it to. I would enjoy the opportunity to win this.

I have the Slice and absolutely luuuuv it. Got it as a Christmas gift from my super husband. My favorite card is the Words & Expressions Design Card. Oh my! I could make so many greeting cards with this one. It entails every word or thought I'd ever need to create the perfect sentiment for my cards and put a lasting smile on someone's face (whether it's a b'day, anniversary, holiday or the need for some encouragement). The Words & Expressions design card has it all. :o)

I love my Slice because:It is so portable; It has great design cards; I can cut and emboss and draw in color. I love using it to cut designs and words. I made a scrapbook for my grand-daughter that had something Slice-made on every page- 24. I could spell out words, which was great. I plan to make a Heritage scapbook with the new Family words DC. My DIL has a Cricut and is jealous of my Slice. She says it has better designs than hers. The Slice designs just make everything look more polished. I used it to make candle holders for my son's rehearsal dinner. People was impressed. I also love my Slice because it is a fabulous tool. I love gadgets and tools! And people who don't know what it is- gasp!- are impressed when they watch what it does.

I don't use my Slice as much as I should (I think it's because I really have too many toys!). My favorite is probably Basics 2 - I love insects and I love the versatility of the designs on this card. Who doesn't love flowers? Thanks for the chance to win!
