Oh me, oh my...

Moving is A LOT of work! Whew! We are all settled into our new home. Here are a few moments from the last week or so:

Killed a Diamondback Rattlesnake (last night on my front porch!!!)
Planted a flower bed
Have vacuumed my floors 15 times in the last 4 days
LOVE cooking and baking in my new, huge kitchen

....

are you still with me or are you stuck on killed the Rattlesnake? Yeah, I know. Very scary! I am the heart stops beating, I stop breathing terrified of snakes!

But, on to happier things. Before the big move I managed to whip out a card for Rocky's mom for Mother's Day. Check it out...

This card was really simple to create. It was featured on the Scrap-Mart blog earlier this week. Click here for details and a supply list. Sorry for the not so great photo. I have not found my battery charger for my camera yet so I took this with my iphone and emailed it to myself. lol

We are loving the new house! It is everything we have wanted and needed. We are simple people, happy to have a roof over our heads and each other. Our family is very blessed and we are so very thankful for what God has given us. I will be back tomorrow to share some pics of the house and the new flower bed we planted today. And Friday, I have a fun challenge to share from the Scrap-Mart blog.
